Your tasks
Objective: Strategically direct the integral execution of luxury hotel construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulations, ensuring a successful resort delivery for operations under international standards and investor and brand expectations.
Main Functions Direct the construction strategy of the luxury hotel portfolio. Lead on-site execution, coordinating multiple simultaneous work fronts. Ensure compliance with the master schedule and recovery plans. Guarantee budget control and efficient change management. Supervise general contractors and specialized subcontractors. Ensure quality standards in construction and luxury finishes. Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies. Coordinate with Engineering and BIM for constructability and interference resolution. Manage critical project risks (weather, logistics, permits, supply chain). Coordinate testing processes, commissioning, punch list, and final delivery. Ensure successful handover to Operations. Report executive progress to the Project Committee, PMO, and investors. .
