Job Objective:

• Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of MEP installations on-site, ensuring their correct integration with civil works, as well as compliance with the executive project, quality, timelines, and established costs.

Requirements:

• Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
• Experience in coordination and supervision of MEP installations on-site.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, HVAC, fire protection, and special systems installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of NOM, NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, among other regulations.
• Experience in testing and commissioning.
• Coordination and supervision of contractors.

Main Functions:

• Coordinate the different disciplines and MEP installation fronts.
• Review executive plans, submittals, RFIs, RFCs, and technical documentation.
• Resolve interferences between installations, civil works, and finishes.
• Supervise progress, quality, safety, and contractor compliance.
• Validate generators, estimates, and construction progress.
• Coordinate functional tests and commissioning.
• Follow up on as-built plans and final project documentation.
