Your opportunity
Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in construction processes, materials, and finishes of the work, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, current regulations, and management expectations.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that construction processes comply with technical specifications and regulations.
- Perform inspections and quality tests on materials and processes.
- Report deviations, failures, or non-conformities detected on-site.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans.
- Prepare quality control and progress reports for the construction management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control in construction works.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, local rules, and international quality standards.
- Skills to perform audits and prepare technical reports.
- Previous experience +2 years in large-scale projects: vertical housing, hotels, hospitals, large industrial.
- Languages: English B1+ or B2.
- Education: Civil Engineering.
- Desirable to have certifications in project management (PMI, Lean Construction, BIM, ISO).
Soft skills:
- Attention to detail.

- Analytical and problem-solving capacity.
- Leadership and teamwork.
- Organization and planning.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of construction standards and quality standards.
- Use of inspection and control tools.
- Preparation of technical and non-conformity reports.
- Experience in material testing and construction processes.
- Use of quality control and construction tracking software: MS Project or Primavera
