Your opportunity

As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the execution of field works, supervising contractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with the project's time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. We are looking for a professional with experience in entertainment projects, casinos, hotels, or developments of high operational complexity, accustomed to working under demanding schedules and with multiple specialties involved.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of the different construction fronts of the project.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers, and construction teams on-site.
• Guarantee compliance with the construction schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Follow up on physical progress and validate estimates for payment.
• Coordinate the resolution of interferences between architectural, structural, and installation disciplines.
• Identify technical and operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
• Supervise compliance with safety regulations and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in construction meetings, technical reviews, and follow-up meetings with project management.
• Prepare executive progress and control reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Intermediate English (B1).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination and supervision.
• Verifiable experience in casino projects, entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, or high-complexity mixed-use developments.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and specialties simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to reside in Punta Cana for the duration of the project.
• Valid passport.
