Purchasing Coordinator (Construction and Real Estate)
What will your mission be?
To lead and coordinate the strategic purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects, ensuring the best conditions of cost, quality, and timing to contribute to the success of our developments. 
What will you do in this position?
- Lead the purchasing strategy for real estate and construction projects. 
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best commercial conditions. 
- Coordinate bidding and award processes for materials and services. 
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements. 
- Guarantee the timely supply of critical materials for construction sites. 
- Supervise technical and economic comparisons for supplier selection. 
- Follow up on savings, supply, and supplier performance indicators. 
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. 
- 7 to 10 years of experience in purchasing and procurement within the construction, hospitality, residential, or corporate sector. 
- Solid experience in negotiation with large-scale suppliers and contractors. 
- Knowledge of budgets, cost analysis, and supply contracts. 
- Mastery of purchasing processes for construction projects. 
- Advanced English (C1). 
- Leadership, negotiation, analysis, and results-oriented skills.
