- Job Objective: Coordinate the administrative management of construction projects, ensuring the control of budget, costs, documentation, and internal processes, in direct collaboration with the Dirección de Obra.
- Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on the administrative management of the construction project.
- Control budget, costs, and financial commitments of the work.
- Manage and keep technical and administrative documentation up to date.
- Follow up on contracts, payments, estimates, and suppliers.
- Coordinate communication between Dirección de Obra and the involved internal areas.
- Prepare administrative and financial progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures applicable to the project.
- Attend to and follow up on administrative incidents that may impact the execution of the work.
- Profile and experience:
- Verifiable experience in administration of construction, real estate, or related projects.
- Experience in budget control, cost monitoring, and document management within construction projects.
- Experience working directly with site teams and following up on requirements from the Dirección de Obra.
- Experience in coordination with interdisciplinary teams and different internal areas.
- Knowledge of administrative processes related to suppliers, contractors, contracts, and payments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of document management systems and digital tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of regulations and procedures applicable to the site and construction environment.

- Constant collaboration with Dirección de Obra, Ingeniería y Construcción, Compras, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos, as well as with suppliers, contractors, clients, site supervisors, and external authorities.
- Work tools:
- Primavera, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Document management systems and digital archiving.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Teams, Outlook, Zoom, and other internal communication platforms.
- Office equipment and tools for document management and control.
