Your opportunity

As a Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and producing high-impact visual content for The Palace Company's brand portfolio. From our resorts in Cancún to international destinations such as Jamaica and Punta Cana, you will create photographs, videos, and digital content that reflect the essence of luxury and elevate our brands' positioning. You will work hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary teams, participate in productions within our hotels, and transform real experiences into stories that inspire travelers from all over the world.

Main responsibilities

• Capture photography and video in hotels and resorts, maintaining the visual standards of each brand.
• Edit photographs, Reels, TikToks, Stories, short videos, and content for digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, visual scripts, and proposals aligned with the brand strategy.
• Cover special events, experiences, and weddings for content generation.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for organic and viral content.
• Adapt creative pieces for digital campaigns in conjunction with the Paid Media team.
• Collaborate with Branding, Design, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Operations.
• Coordinate shootings, manage production calendars, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead pre-production meetings and document agreements for each audiovisual project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience creating content for social media, preferably in hospitality, tourism, luxury, or lifestyle.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in photography, video, and editing for premium brands.
• Experience managing content for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CapCut and photo editing tools.
• Knowledge of digital formats such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Drone operation.
• Advanced English is indispensable.
• Desirable experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, social media analysis tools, and influencer marketing.
