Provide quality service in telephone communication based on the procedures established by the company. Handle telephone calls and/or requirements requested through the Palace Resorts application. Provide all necessary information to the guest ensuring proper confidentiality regarding third-party requests. Perform updates in the property's Operating Systems regarding guest data and services/activities offered correctly, in order to guarantee that the information is up to date. Provide timely follow-up to guest requests, which are communicated to the involved departments in order to guarantee satisfaction and a prompt response in the required service. Make contact with official authorities in emergency situations (firefighters, police, ambulance, civil protection).

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Bachillerato General
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 20 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Commitment, Communication, Applications, English, Procedures, Quality service, Guest services
