OBJECTIVE:
To guarantee guest satisfaction regarding Room Service requests by complying with established standards and reducing delivery times.
FUNCTIONS:
- Reduces delivery times for Room Service services through adequate logistics planning.
- Maintains constant communication with involved departments for the follow-up of services, amenities, and minibar setup in rooms according to operational needs. Performs periodic inventories of LCP, linens, and operating equipment.
- Reviews the consumption and replenishment of minibar products in order to avoid shortages and manage costs.
- Supervises that the areas and facilities of the Room Service area are clean and in optimal condition, and in case of finding any defect, reports and follows up with the Maintenance department.
- Perform functions and procedures in accordance with the standards established by Distintivo H.
