Objective:

• To ensure that the service provided to guests in the different Food and Beverage areas complies with the quality standards and hygiene regulations established by the company.

Functions:

• Reduce service delivery times through adequate logistics planning.
• Maintain effective communication with your work team through briefings, providing the necessary information for the operation.
• Supervise that the service provided by the staff in charge complies with hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Follow up on any request or incident that may arise with the guest.

Requirements:

• English level B2+
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage Hygiene Standards, Knowledge of Wine, Spirits, and Culinary Knowledge

Minimum education: Upper secondary education

• Technological Baccalaureate

1 year of experience

Languages: English Age: between 25 and 50 years old
