Bar Captain - Full shift

Objective: To ensure that the Bar area is in optimal operating condition, with setups according to the policies of each consumption center and the Food and Beverage department, with the necessary supply and grocery stock for the operation.

Activities:

• Guarantee the timely and proper opening of bar consumption centers, ensuring the cleanliness and optimal functioning of equipment and facilities both at the opening and closing of service.
• Consolidate a strategic programming of activities and equipment, following up on instructions and unfinished tasks or possible failures, to ensure the functioning of facilities while optimizing times and movements.
• Implement controls to ensure the proper presentation of staff and service, as well as to guarantee continuous learning and supervision of the activities of the staff under their charge.
• Ensure the control of inputs, supplies, and groceries through inventories and requisitions in a timely and proper manner.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction according to established procedures and standards.
• Comply with Presentation and Service Culture standards in order to guarantee quality services.
• Comply with the minimum required 98% for the Distintivo H certification, verifying and evaluating hygienic Food and Beverage handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Intermediate advanced English
• Bachelor's degree in administration or related field
• Distintivo H and general cocktail knowledge
