Your opportunity
We are looking for an Estimations Analyst with experience in construction and real estate, responsible for reviewing, validating, and controlling work estimations from contractors and suppliers, guaranteeing budget accuracy, contractual compliance, and proper economic control of projects.
Main responsibilities
- Review estimations received from contractors and suppliers
- Validate executed volumes against work generators
- Verify unit prices and contracted concepts
- Register and follow up on validated estimations in the system
- Support physical-financial progress reconciliations
- Prepare weekly and monthly estimation control reports
- Register and update information in control systems (SAP, ACC, Excel)
- Detect errors, shortages, or differences in estimations to report to Site and Controllership
- Maintain updated control of retentions and deductions
- Generate support reports for management and finance
- Maintain constant communication with site, purchasing, and contractors to resolve incidents
Key requirements:
- Live in Mexico and be Mexican
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Valid passport (Desirable)
- Availability to live in Republica Dominicana for the duration of the project.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in estimations, budgets, and work control.
- Mastery of unit prices, indirect costs, and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in SAP, ACC, and advanced Excel.
- Intermediate English (B1).
Outstanding competencies: Numerical analysis, attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
