About us Palace d.o.o. is a construction company with over 100 employees. We specialize in reinforced concrete precast structures and the realization of large projects such as warehouses, halls, and business facilities. In addition to high-rise construction, we are also involved in new construction, and our portfolio includes the processing and installation of premium Brač stone. About the position We are looking for a person to join our team and participate in the management, supervision, and realization of construction projects — from large halls and warehouses to smaller residential buildings. Your responsibilities

• management and supervision of works on the construction site (high-rise construction, precast concrete structures, new construction)
• management of construction documentation (construction diary, construction book, extracts, calculations of executed quantities)
• preparation and monitoring of cost estimates, calculations, and tracking of work and material costs
• coordination and supervision of works with own resources or subcontractors — organization and control of deadlines, quality, and costs
• verification of technical drawings, plans, and specifications and ensuring that works are executed according to those plans and standards
• communication and coordination between designers, contractors, supervisors, and others involved in the project
• quality control, safety, and compliance of works with regulations and construction standards

What we are looking for

• completed studies in civil engineering (university or college)
• knowledge of working in AutoCAD (or similar CAD tools) for reading / adapting drawings and plans
• knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• basic knowledge of the English language
• B category driver's license
• experience in site management, cost estimates, and documentation — a preference, but not a requirement if you are responsible and motivated
• ability to take responsibility, initiative, and independent problem-solving
• teamwork, good communication, and organizational skills
• readiness for field work, supervision, and coordination of work execution
