WORKPLACE SAFETY HEALTH OFFICER (WSHO)

Job Description: Oversee and implement WSH requirements for HDB HIP projects. Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and company safety requirements. Review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and work activities. Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety inspections. Ensure proper safety measures are in place to protect workers, residents and the public . Prepare daily and weekly safety reports and maintain relevant WSH records. Liaise with HDB, consultants, subcontractors and site management on safety matters. Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements. Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements: Registered WSHO with MOM, Singapore. Minimum 4 years’ WSHO experience in Singapore. HDB/HIP project experience preferred. Diploma or higher in Building, Civil or Structural Engineering. Good knowledge of WSH legislation, RA, SWP and construction safety. Proactive, responsible and able to work independently on site.
