JUNIOR IT SPECIALIST

Pakketo, one of the largest electronic stores in the retail and wholesale sector, specializing in home furniture, professional equipment, outdoor items, and decoration, wishes to hire a Junior IT Specialist to staff the IT Department, at our facilities in Kalochori, Thessaloniki. This is an ideal position for a new professional who wants to evolve in a dynamic e-commerce environment, learning alongside experienced executives and gradually taking on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities Support the smooth operation and security of the company's servers and other equipment (hardware). Participation in the configuration and support of the commercial, accounting, and financial cycle in the ERP (Entersoft Business Suite). Support and training of users in ERP applications and other business software. Installation and configuration of network and peripheral devices. Participation in the development of management information reports (MIS Reports).

Required Qualifications: ​ University or Technical College degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of networks and IT infrastructures. Team spirit, organizational skills, and a willingness for continuous learning. Desired Qualifications First experience in a similar position or through an internship. Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft: Commercial, CRM & WMS). Knowledge of e-shop / CMS management.
