- Tracking of deliveries and collections for our customers in Southeast Europe, predominantly in Romania and Hungary, as well as processing of documents
- Control and verification of invoices as well as preparation of payments and clarification of discrepancies
- Creation of monthly reports and monthly closings
- Solution-oriented processing and preparation of complaints and cancellations
- Support of the entire team in daily administrative operations

Who You Are
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in commercial administration
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish; German or other languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel
