Description Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from design through implementation, adoption and value realisation. Drive measurable improvements through operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate delivery across the business. Lead process redesign, simplification and standardisation across key functions. Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation and AI to enhance business performance. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and performance management routines that sustain business outcomes. Lead, coach and develop a team of transformation professionals while building organisational capability. Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic change within a busy FMCG & Manufacturing environment. Profile Proven experience leading business, operational or process transformation programmes within complex organisations. Strong track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership experience, including coaching, developing and managing teams. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, operations or similar environments. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and geographies. Job Offer

• £100,000 - £120,000 base salary plus bonus.
