M&A Director- Big 4- Corporate Finance

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A Director - Corporate Finance to originate and deliver mid-market transactions across the Industrial sector. The role focuses on manufacturing, defence, energy, electrification and battery-related deals within the Corporate Finance and M&A market. Client Details Our Client is a leading international advisory organisation with a strong reputation in Corporate Finance and M&A. Operating across the United Kingdom and global markets, the business advises private companies, entrepreneurs, investors and large corporates on strategic acquisitions, disposals and growth initiatives. With continued investment in its Corporate Finance capability, the organisation offers an ambitious environment where experienced professionals can drive business growth, influence strategy and lead complex transactions across the Industrial sector. Description Lead the origination of buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities across the Industrial sector Develop and maintain senior relationships with business leaders, investors and intermediaries Drive successful transaction execution from strategic review through to completion Identify new Corporate Finance opportunities and contribute to market growth initiatives Provide strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals and value creation programmes Collaborate with colleagues across multiple advisory disciplines to deliver integrated solutions Mentor, develop and support high-performing transaction teams Contribute to business planning, sector strategy and decision-making within the M&A practice Profile A successful M&A Director should have: Significant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, investment banking or corporate development Proven track record originating and winning mid-market M&A mandates Strong transaction experience across the full deal life-cycle Experience within manufacturing or defence or industrial or energy or battery-related sectors Excellent financial analysis, valuation and modelling capabilities * Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams ACA, CFA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred Job Offer Salary of £120,000 to £160,000 plus performance-related bonus Opportunity to lead complex Corporate Finance transactions in a growing market Exposure to senior executives, investors and entrepreneurial businesses
