Interim HR Advisor

This Interim HR Advisor role in Southall on an intiial 4 week contract involves providing essential support to the human resources team within the fast-moving consumer goods industry. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations, handling day-to-day ER to help improve process and support stakeholder run a successful yet busy operation. Our client runs a dynamic and fast paced operation, to remain key players in the Food industry.

Description Provide advisory support across mutliple teams, leading on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance. Supporting business leaders with process, best practice and managing ER cases. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Contribute to HR initiatives (such as wellbeing and engagement initiatives) and projects as required. Profile A successful Interim HR Advisor should have: Previous experience in a similar HR role with operational or hourly paid workforce. A solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals. Job Offer Daily rate of £176 to £198, dependent on the level of experience. Temporary position offering valuable experience in the FMCG industry.
