Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience leading finance operations, financial controllership, or accounting functions within a multinational environment. Hands-on leadership style with the confidence and credibility to challenge stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive accountability. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, Chief Accountant Certification, or equivalent. Fluent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
