The successful candidate will lead overall R&D operations at the manufacturing site, driving innovation and product development initiatives, and be responsible for new product development of connectors, cable assemblies, and fiber optic products, while working closely with engineering and R&D teams in China and the US.

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related fields 7-10 years of experience in R&D/NPI, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles Experience in fiber optics, cable assembly, or connectors is required Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing transfer processes Good project management skills Strong English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
