Foreign Trade Analyst II | São Paulo-SP
Contribute to the management of import and export processes from order receipt, shipment, arrival, customs procedures, and cargo release until delivery to the distribution center and/or logistics operator, through tracking updates and document review, to ensure they comply with customs legislation, intermediation with customs brokers, shipping lines, terminals, freight forwarders, Receita Federal, and consenting bodies (Anvisa, DPF, MAPA, etc.). Construction and management of indicators, monitoring the performance of partners/service providers. Support with understanding requests from internal areas.
Responsibilities and duties Perform import and export activities, analyze and control the flow of operation documents, customs and exchange regimes, through the integrated internal system, ensuring the readiness of material release at ports and airports. Execute actions to assist in the registration of new materials, through an internal tool, for evaluation and approval, continuing the registration flow. Understanding of fiscal classification and specification of chemical products. Act with strategic management to ensure the quality of information in tracking imports and exports for decision-making with intuitive and agile solutions. Contribute to project management, ensuring priorities and strategic needs by evaluating the impacts of change based on received guidelines.
Requirements and qualifications Completed degree/currently studying Experience in the area Experience with SAP Intermediate English
