As Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer at GAIA you will focus on creating and managing digital campaigns to support fundraising efforts. You will as well be responsible for donor recruitment and fundraising appeals through social media.

GAIA is a non for profit organization that advocates for animal welfare and they are based in the centrum of Brussels and are easily reachable by public transportation.

Description

As a Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer you will be responsible for :

• Developing and executing fundraising campaigns on social media (SEA);
• Creating & coordinating emailing campaigns to engage and retain donors (SEO);
• Managing and optimising online donation platforms and the CRM;
• Analysing campaign performances and providing actionable insights for improvement ;
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies ;
• Serving as the main day-to-day point of contact for service providers and for maintaining strong relationships with them.

A successful Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field ;
• At least 2 years experience in SEA or campaign management ;
• Ideally a first experience in fundraising or at least an affinity for it ;
• A very good knowledge of French OR Dutch with a very good level of the other language ;
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performances ;
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies ;
• The willingness to commute to the office on a daily basis.
