Qualification Coordinator (Validation and Metrology)

We are looking for a seasoned professional with solid experience in a pharmaceutical environment, ideally within a production site subject to GMP requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating the qualification activities of equipment, utilities, facilities, and computerized systems, as well as the validation of manufacturing, packaging, and cleaning processes.

Missions

We are looking for a seasoned professional with solid experience in a pharmaceutical environment, ideally within a production site subject to GMP requirements.

The main responsibilities cover:

• the coordination of qualification activities for equipment, utilities, facilities, and computerized systems;
• the validation of manufacturing, packaging, and cleaning processes;
• the supervision of metrology activities;
• the management of deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk analyses;
• participation in audits and inspections;
• the writing and review of qualification and validation documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in qualification/validation and metrology is indispensable.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical sciences, biochemical sciences, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
• Mastery of pharmaceutical frameworks (GMP, ICH, pharmacopoeias, etc.)
• You possess operational English
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of field operations.
• You live within a 15 km radius of Brussels.
