Responsibilities and assignments
- Support the creation of screens and flows in Figma, aligned with user needs and business objectives. And contribute to the maintenance and application of Design System components.
- Support interviews, the preparation of questionnaires, and the execution of usability tests, observing interactions and recording insights. Organize files, maintenance, and updating of team flows and materials.
- Collaborate with POs, developers, and designers; present results; participate in brainstorms; and act proactively in daily activities.
Requirements and qualifications
- Have completed High School.
- Currently studying or have completed a degree/technical course in Graphic Design or related areas.
- Have basic or intermediate knowledge of the Figma tool;
- Possess familiarity with design and prototyping tools;
- Know the Canva tool and/or Adobe Package;
- Understand UX, UI, and usability concepts;
- Speak basic English for reading area-related content.
Additional information
To stand out in this position, it would be interesting if you had:
- Participation in academic projects or a portfolio related to UX/UI;
- Experience with research, usability tests, or journey mapping;
- Knowledge of graphic material.
