The restaurant and Oyster & sushi bar Bota Šare is proudly expanding its business and is looking for reinforcements for its team!

Due to an increase in business volume at a new, larger location, we are looking for motivated, professional, and communicative individuals for the position:

🔹 Open position: Waiter / Waitress

🔹 Location: Split

🔹 Employment type: Permanent employment or fixed-term contract (by agreement)

Job Description:

• Serving food and drinks according to restaurant standards
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Preparing and maintaining the tidiness of tables and the workspace
• Teamwork and cooperation with the kitchen and other staff

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality is desirable, but not a requirement
• Kindness, communicativeness, and a professional approach to work
• Team spirit and responsibility
• Basic knowledge of the English language
