Costing Officer
ΠΑΦΟΣ ΑΒΕΕ, one of the leading Greek companies in the manufacturing sector of customized professional furniture for stores, hotels, and luxury residences, is seeking a Costing Officer to strengthen its human resources. Location: Nea Filadelfeia Job Type: Full-time Company: ΠΑΦΟΣ ΑΒΕΕ – Customized Furniture for Stores, Hotels & Luxury Residences Main Responsibilities Study of architectural and construction drawings
Preparation of detailed costings for special woodworking constructions
Calculation of required materials, components
Preparation of financial offers according to the requirements of each project
Collaboration with the Design, Procurement, Production, and Project Management departments
Maintenance of the archive of offers and costings Required Qualifications: University, TEI, or IEK degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Designer, Wood Technologist, or a related specialty
Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good knowledge of the English language
Analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail
Organizational skills and the ability to manage parallel projects and deadlines
Team spirit and effective collaboration with different departments Desired Qualifications Previous experience in a similar costing position
Experience in special woodworking constructions, furniture, professional spaces, or construction projects
Knowledge of wood materials, metal elements, mechanisms, and furniture components
