Sr Corporate Quality Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments

• Plan and conduct internal audits of the Quality and Environmental Management System, evaluating processes, evidence, and applicable requirements, identifying conformities, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, and monitoring the respective action plans.
• Monitor external audits and certification processes, organizing evidence, tracking requirements, interacting with responsible areas, and monitoring the treatment of non-conformities and recommendations.
• Ensure the adherence of corporate processes and documents to the Quality and Environmental Management System, performing critical analyses, guiding areas in the standardization and revision of procedures, and maintaining the updated document repository.
• Structure and monitor quality, productivity, and process efficiency indicators, defining metrics, monitoring criteria, and performance analyses.
• Map and analyze corporate processes, identifying waste, rework, bottlenecks, and causes of deviations, through process management methodologies, Lean, and root cause analysis.
• Conduct continuous improvement and operational excellence projects, applying methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools, establishing objectives, indicators, responsible parties, and deadlines, and monitoring the results obtained.
• Disseminate the methodologies and tools of the Excellence Program and continuous improvement, developing materials, guiding areas, and sharing results and best practices.
• Structure and conduct training actions related to quality, processes, and continuous improvement, identifying needs, developing content, and promoting training and awareness actions.
• Conduct root cause analyses of non-conformities and process deviations, using problem-solving methodologies and tools, and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements and best practices related to Quality Management, Environment, and Operational Excellence, evaluating impacts on processes and proposing updates to the Management System, procedures, and corporate practices.

Requirements and qualifications

• Education - Completed Higher Education in Production Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
• Language - Intermediate English
• Spanish - Intermediate (desirable)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Lean Office.
• Certifications (Desirable): Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt; ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) as an Internal Auditor;
