Intern / Apprentice Customer Solution Partner (M/F)

As part of our development, the Customer Solution team is looking for its next member. Under the responsibility of Clément (Customer Solution Partner), you will support local authorities and transport operators in the adoption and configuration of a Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) software solution.

Your missions

Project Management

• You support our clients in their DRT challenges (opening up territories, first/last mile mobility, transport for people with reduced mobility...) by helping them precisely define the scope of their projects,
• You manage the deployment of the Padam TàD suite at our clients' sites from A to Z and train their teams on our tools (application for bus drivers, booking interfaces, fleet management interface, algorithm operation...).

Customer Relations

• You maintain a privileged link with our client territories,
• You occasionally support the Support team in processing client requests.

Furthermore, depending on your profile and your interests (more technical or commercial), you may be involved in cross-functional missions such as:

• Conducting DRT network simulations with Xuefei and Dimitri, our transport specialists,
• Pre-sales work: performing product demonstrations, responding to calls for tender, preparing commercial appointments...

• You are studying in a generalist engineering or project management program,
• You are able to work autonomously with various interlocutors,

• You have a taste for doing things well and quickly find solutions to the problems you encounter,
• You speak highly professional English (yes ail dou),

• You have a love for public transport and soft mobility.

It is a big plus if:

• You have an attraction to technological innovation,
• You have already worked with professional clients as part of previous internships, associative experiences, or volunteering,

• You have 20 years of experience as a rocket pilot,
• You did not take the previous point seriously.
