Do you want to build the future of shared mobility? Reporting to Benoît, our Chief Product & Tech Officer, leading our Product Value team composed of Flora, Baptiste, Juliette, Félicia, and working in close collaboration with various stakeholders, we are recruiting our future Product Operations Director.

Your missions

  • Coordinate the Product team (Product Managers + UX): rituals, ongoing prioritization, skill development, cohesion,
  • Maintain the consolidated roadmap and translate it into six-week cycles; drive its planning and progress,
  • Apply the arbitration framework for the presales / tender flow: make daily decisions, bound requests that are off-strategy or non-generalizable, protect the team's capacity,
  • Organize the follow-up of client projects on the product side: dispatching to points of contact within the team, maintaining the entry point, coordination with the Customer Solutions Partner,
  • Coordinate the integrations function (product aspect), with the dedicated owner and the VP Product Engineering,
  • Drive discovery and UX on a daily basis with your team, nurturing the understanding of the market and needs,
  • Represent the product at the Board defining the business concepts to be handled daily,
  • Drive product indicators (planning, progress, fulfillment of commitments).

Profile sought Are your 2 greatest qualities your ability to unite a team and your sense of prioritization under constraint? You are in the right place! More specifically, a few telltale signs:

  • Through your professional experiences in fast-growing companies, you have developed leadership skills allowing you to bring a team of Product Managers toward a common goal,
  • Similarly, you have developed a technical "veneer" allowing you to have a good understanding of the challenges and constraints associated with a SaaS product deployed to many clients,
  • You have experience in a B2B environment driven by tenders and client commitments,
  • Unlike Bruce Willis, you are able to object by defending your ideas and convictions with diplomacy, to decide or say no under commercial pressure, and you demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal, active listening, synthesis skills),
  • You pay attention to usage, with a constant concern to address users and clients first, without sacrificing capitalization from one client to another,
  • You are convincing in English (C1/C2 level expected).

It is a big plus if:

  • You have knowledge of issues related to the world of transport and mobility,
  • Data-oriented, you support your decisions with factual data,
  • You formalize your ideas and your organization so that everyone sees clearly,
  • You only say no to cookies on the internet.

What Padam Mobility offers you:

  • Remote work possible,
  • Bicycle parking and sustainable mobility allowance (FMD),
  • Competent and passionate colleagues who will pull you up,
  • A high-flying multidisciplinary team, human-sized where your work will be indispensable and recognized,
  • An empowering environment favorable to trials, errors, encouraging prototypes and initiative-taking,
  • An exciting sector where there is still so much to invent.
  • And of course: participate in team life and not take yourself too seriously.

See you soon, future colleague! Ladies, apply! It has been demonstrated by several studies that women tend to apply less than men to job offers if they do not meet all the criteria. However, these are essentially indicative and therefore do not serve as an absolute reference when we process applications. Take the leap, give yourself a chance to meet us!* *Gender Insights Report for LinkedIn
