Pad Thai Padel Canggu is a lifestyle sports & wellness destination in Bali, offering premium padel courts, curated F&B, and vibrant community spaces.

We are looking for a hands-on Mid Marketing Associate to lead Pad Thai Padel’s marketing presence in Bali. This role combines social media management, partnership coordination, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Pad Thai Padel social media presence in Bali
• Create and manage content to grow engagement & awareness
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with HQ
• Act as main contact for sponsorship & partnerships
• Build relationships with brands & communities
• Support planning & execution of events
• Assist with event documentation (photo/video)
• Support creation of marketing materials

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Strong communication & marketing skills
• Experience managing social media or campaigns
• Comfortable using marketing tools & platforms
• Based in Bali
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for event-based working hours (including evenings/weekends when required)

Nice to Have

• Videography / photography skills
• Canva / Adobe design skills
• Experience in sports / hospitality / lifestyle brands
