Senior Anticorruption Analyst

For more information, follow @pactoglobalonubr on social media or visit www.pactoglobal.org.br The Impact Directorate is responsible for leading and developing strategic initiatives aimed at promoting more sustainable, ethical, and responsible business practices, acting directly on the agendas of the UN Global Compact Brazil Network. It is within this directorate that the Anticorruption area is embedded, working on strengthening corporate integrity and promoting good practices of transparency and governance among participating companies.
Responsibilities and assignments We are looking for a person to act with autonomy in the development, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives related to the anticorruption, corporate integrity, and ethics agenda, aligned with the 10th Principle of the UN Global Compact. The position will be responsible for conducting and monitoring projects, engaging companies and different stakeholders, including international interlocutors, and promoting ethical, transparent, and responsible practices. They will also act in project governance, monitoring indicators, managing results, and preparing technical reports, contributing to the strengthening of the anticorruption and integrity initiatives of the UN Global Compact. In addition to strategic action, the person will be responsible for the operational and financial monitoring of projects, including activity management and relationship management with funders, partners, contractors, and technical specialists.
Requirements and qualificationsMandatory:
Completed degree in Law, Administration, International Relations, Social Sciences, or Economics;
Professional experience with Compliance, Corporate Integrity, Anticorruption, ESG, Governance, or related areas;
Experience with project management and monitoring, including governance, indicators, and reporting of results;
Experience in stakeholder relationship and engagement;
Advanced English, considering interaction with international interlocutors;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Competencies:

Analytical thinking and strategic vision;
Excellent oral and written communication;
Organization and attention to detail;
Proactivity and ability to lead initiatives with little supervision;

Postgraduate degree or specialization in Compliance, Anticorruption, Integrity, ESG, Governance, or related areas;
Experience with international projects or working with international stakeholders;
Knowledge of the UN System and/or experience with international organizations;
Experience in the Third Sector, Sustainability, ESG, or social impact projects;
Knowledge of sustainability reporting and themes related to the ESG agenda;
