Mechanical Project Manager M/F

Based on the specifications/technical specifications, you will carry out the technical definition and management of a design project for filling machines using a team of design engineers.

In this capacity, and under the direction of the design office manager, your main missions are as follows:

• Analyze the project specifications
• Organize studies according to the project schedule and resources

• Identify critical points and provide technical choices to carry out studies accordingly for the smooth running of the project
• Perform pre-studies, sizing, design, and bill of materials for complex sub-assemblies

• Lead and monitor studies while respecting the predefined schedule in close relationship with your line manager
• Verification of drawings and bill of materials before production; you are the guarantor of the quality of the studies.

• Provide support during the production phase to the workshop teams (assembly, wiring, commissioning)

Your technical expertise will be an indispensable asset to succeed in this role.

You will be responsible for the assigned projects regarding mechanical studies and will play a leadership role in your projects in connection with the designers.

You will be autonomous in your function while reporting to the studies manager.

With a BAC+3/5 degree (specializing in mechanical design), you have significant initial experience of 5 to 10 years in a mechanical design office.

In addition to mastering CAD design tools (solidworks, .), you have acquired a good mechanical culture, industrial drawing expertise, and mastery of sizing techniques, mechanical calculation, etc.

You are comfortable with technical English.

You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and autonomy. Possessing good interpersonal skills, you have a good team spirit to mobilize the team around the project.
