Traveling Automation Technician M/F

Reporting to the Customer Service Technicians Manager, your mission will include commissioning, training of user personnel (operators, maintenance staff), and troubleshooting. For retrofits and upgrades, you will collaborate with technical services to develop the program in order to ensure programming, fine-tuning, preparation, and commissioning at the client's site.

You will also be required to intervene on various installation tasks (mechanical, wiring, audit, etc.).

As a key contact for our clients, you will advise them regarding their installations (technical recommendations, optimizations, adjustments, continuous improvement).

You establish relationships conducive to the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients. In order to guarantee the quality and reliability of our equipment, you report information on new needs and points of vigilance identified in the field.

You carry out missions in compliance with safety rules.

As a traveling professional, you will travel in France and abroad (60 to 80% of the time) for periods ranging from a few days to 6 weeks.

With a Bac +3/+5 degree specializing in automation, you have put your technical skills into practice (in machine maintenance) during a first experience.

Rigorous, reactive, you demonstrate an analytical mind and have an ease of working in a team and reporting information.

Your level of English allows you to communicate abroad.
