Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, stock receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure proper organisation, security, and safe handling of products and equipment.

Prepare inventory reports and collaborate with procurement, sales and management teams.

Requirements:

HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management. Strong knowledge of stock control, documentation and inventory records. Ability to monitor stock levels, receipts, dispatches and movement. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Professional, responsible and customer-focused attitude.
