This vacancy is for Immerso, our company focused on solutions for pharmaceutical industries: continuing medical education, events, conventions, and training. We serve medical and marketing teams from global laboratories, and our projects involve high scientific complexity, production in multiple languages, and medical-regulatory approval cycles. Responsibilities and assignments We are looking for someone who will take full responsibility for the delivery of our scientific projects: deadline, predictability, quality, and operational relationship with the client.

In practice, you will be the person who ensures that an interactive clinical case, an educational material, or a training reaches the pharmaceutical industry on the agreed date, in the right version, and ready for the approval cycle. This involves conducting the complete cycle, from scripting, scientific review, language review, production, and implementation in a platform. It also involves talking on equal terms with Global Brand Managers and medical teams in Brazil and abroad. We are looking for someone who likes a scientific environment, has process discipline without bureaucratizing, and firmness to sustain deadlines with data. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Portfolio and capacity management:

Maintain a single visibility of all active projects, their stages, risks, and those responsible Define and sustain the limit of simultaneous projects based on the real capacity of the team Sequence the queue applying the prioritization criteria agreed upon with the board Validate the feasibility of deadlines before any commitment to the client

Planning and schedule:

Build schedules using reverse logic, starting from the client's end date, contemplating internal stages (scripting, scientific review, language review, production, implementation in platform) and client dependencies (medical approval, regulatory validation, vacations, time zones) Keep schedules updated and available to the client

Quality and delivery control:

Implement and operate the exit gate: no material goes to the client without formal version checking, implementation of comments, and language review Standardize the comment traceability matrix as a mandatory deliverable in every feedback Establish version control and a single repository for files

Operational relationship with the client:

Be the single point of communication regarding status, deadline, and scope Ensure response to clients Communicate delay risks proactively Conduct status and alignment meetings with global teams

People and supplier management:

Lead the team involved in the projects, with a routine of monitoring and development Redistribute currently concentrated assignments, expanding the team's autonomy Manage medical reviewers hired per project: SLA, allocation, redundancy, and monitoring

Indicators and continuous improvement:

Implement and report operation metrics: % of deliveries on the original date, rework due to unimplemented comments, average response time to the client, lead time per project type Conduct weekly portfolio review with the board Record causes of delay and convert them into process adjustments

Requirements and qualifications Mandatory requirements

Experience in project management or operations for external corporate clients, in environments with formal approval cycles — medical education, scientific communication, agency, consultancy, advertising, editorial, or regulated industry; Experience with multiple simultaneous projects and distinct stakeholders; Experience in direct team management; Mastery of schedule, capacity, and prioritization management; Fluent English for written and spoken interlocution with international clients; Direct communication Organization and process discipline Sensitivity to work with professionals of a technical and scientific profile Completed higher education

Experience in medical education, medical/scientific communications, agency, or services for the pharmaceutical industry Familiarity with medical-regulatory approval cycles (MLR, pharmaceutical compliance) Experience in multilingual projects and content localization Experience with digital content production, e-learning, or learning platforms Degree in health areas or previous experience with scientific content Spanish or other languages Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)

Additional information 🏛️Our operation is hybrid (4 days in person and 1 day home office).
