Accounting Manager - f

Plan, organize, and supervise the company's accounting and costing system, ensuring the correct recording of biological assets and production costs, compliance with tax obligations, and the timely issuance of financial statements for strategic decision-making.

Main functions:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly consolidated balance sheets and income statements to management and shareholders.
• Attend to requirements from external audits and the country's tax authority.
• Analyze deviations between the projected agricultural budget and actual field costs.
• Ensure the security of financial data and implement improvements in processes and work methods.
• Control compliance with tax obligations and the timely filing of taxes before the corresponding entities.
• Supervise the correct application of NIC 41 (Agriculture) for the valuation and depreciation of crops in development, bearer plants, and harvests at their fair value.
• Supervise the reconciliation of physical inventories in agrochemical, tool, and finished product (post-harvest) warehouses against the accounting system.
• Validate the calculation of payroll under the agrarian labor regime (daily wages, special bonuses, CTS, and prorated gratifications).
• Manage and audit files for the request of the Export Balance in Favor (IGV) refund and the restitution of tariff rights (Drawback), ensuring the company's liquidity.
• Supervise the correct allocation and costing of the international logistics chain: ocean freight, customs, broker commissions, container refrigeration, and insurance.
• Ensure that accounting, payroll, and field records strictly comply with current labor standards to pass certification audits required by international clients (GlobalGAP, SMETA, GRASP, etc.).

• Minimum education: Master's Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Knowledge: Teamwork, Erp, Microsoft excel, Accounting standards
• Availability to travel: Yes
