Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package

The Opportunity

A growing, family-owned main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its team.

Working across a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects, valued up to £30m, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical services elements of projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate all technical services aspects of projects.
• Oversee M&E design, coordination and installation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure technical compliance, quality and programme requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager within a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of M&E services and technical coordination.
• Experience across new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.

Salary: Up to £90,000 depending on experience.
