Maintenance Coordinator

Central London | £35,000 + Benefits

A leading maintenance and facilities management company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join its established Central London team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reactive maintenance and helpdesk requests
  • Schedule engineers and specialist subcontractors
  • Allocate and monitor maintenance jobs from start to completion
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors and site teams
  • Chase outstanding works and provide regular updates
  • Manage the maintenance/helpdesk inbox
  • Update CAFM systems and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain asset registers and compliance information
  • Arrange planned service and maintenance visits
  • Assist with weekly engineer scheduling
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain WIP spreadsheets and contract records
  • Provide administrative support to Contracts Managers and the Maintenance team

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance, facilities management, property or building services
  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Helpdesk Coordinator, Service Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Confident communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors
  • Good IT and systems knowledge
  • Experience using CAFM systems would be advantageous
