DESCRIPTION:

• Answer phone calls & emails in a professional & timely manner
• Work in a team environment providing support to fellow co-workers
• Must be proficient in full cycle bookkeeping, including payroll
• Provide coverage for reception, answers incoming calls with a professional manner
• Participate in yearly inventory count.
• Preform other tasks as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion 4th year Accounting Program (CGA/CPA)
• College or university degree is an asset
• 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to different types of personalities
• Possess a strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, work as part of a team & independently
