Credit Manager Project Manager (M/F)

Missions:

The Project Manager defines, coordinates, and supervises all stages of a My DSO Manager software implementation project, from its design to the deployment of the solution, while ensuring training for future users. He / She monitors the smooth running and progress of the project by organizing and adapting material and human resources according to needs and unforeseen circumstances. He / She is responsible for meeting internal business needs or client requests, and for proposing evolutions to tools, processes, and methods.

Within the project team, you will take charge of managing My DSO Manager implementations for our clients. You will define and pilot the project: o Collect and analyze client needs based on the signed contract and expectations raised during the preparatory meeting for the project launch. o Understand needs in order to define project objectives and write a clear and complete specifications document / interface guide. o Develop a project plan: define desired deliverables, deadlines / milestones to be respected, and the resources (material and human) required for the smooth running of the project, and set priorities. o Train users.

You may also be called upon for your expertise to: o Participate in software demos for prospects. o Propose developments. o Participate in communication and marketing actions (trade shows, webinars, podcasts, etc.).

Profile sought: With at least a Bac +3 degree, you have at least one first experience in a position in credit management / debt collection and / or the implementation of management software.
