Reporting to the business department, you will join a dynamic team and a human-sized company. You will collaborate on innovative projects in a friendly atmosphere with a strong qualitative approach.

Missions: Thanks to your knowledge of the Credit Management business and your appetite for software technology, you will participate in handling Client requests regarding the use of the My DSO Manager software. The missions are primarily focused on the following areas:

Handle incoming requests within the support department.

  • Qualify and prioritize requests received from users via the ticketing tool.
  • Assist users in answering their requests and support them in using the software.
  • Resolve technical and functional problems encountered by users.

Support Clients with the objective of optimal tool usage.

  • Be able to perform a global diagnosis of software usage by users.
  • Conduct exchanges with the Client to enable them to use the software in an effective and efficient manner.

Write technical and functional documents.

  • Update and enrich the knowledge base and online help (HTML).
  • Create and enrich internal procedures.

Support Project Managers in their missions.

  • Understand the organizational and system particularities of the client.
  • Support clients in the implementation of interfaces.

Profile sought: With a minimum of a Bac +2 education, you have at least four years of experience in the Credit Management and B to B debt collection business or in a software support department.

Position based in Meylan (38240, accessible by bus C1) to be filled in CDI as soon as possible. Full time with RTT (36 hours of actual work per week with 6 RTT days per year).
