Quality Engineer (Chinese/English Skill)

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports Prepare and maintain data related to Layered Process Audit (CQI-8) Organize and manage data regarding measuring instruments, equipment, and production aids (Jig/Tooling) Support the preparation of training plans, training records, and the management of employee qualifications/certifications Support the preparation of samples, sending samples to customers, and managing related data Prepare and maintain data related to Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Prepare and maintain data related to In-Process Quality Control (IPQC/FQC) Prepare and maintain data related to Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Prepare and maintain the Skill Matrix of employees Manage defective/non-conforming workpieces and Retention Samples Execute and manage tasks related to Blind Test Support handling Customer Audit and Third-Party Audit Maintain documents and records related to the Quality Management System Coordinate the resolution of quality issues occurring in all 3 factories, including inter-departmental coordination Prepare data related to Internal Audit regarding systems, production processes, and products Responsible for counting Quality Assurance (QA) consumables, including purchase requests and stock management Support personnel management of the Quality Assurance department, including allocation and assignment of tasks Responsible for analyzing quality problems, following up on 8D improvements, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Qualifications: Age: 25–40 years old Education: Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or higher Male/Female (Males must have completed military service) Able to listen, speak, read, and write Chinese or English well Able to read technical documents and coordinate across departments Able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint Graduated in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields 2–5 years of experience in Quality Management / Quality Engineering Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, QC 080000 Experience in Internal Audit and Customer/Third-party Audit Use of tools such as SPC, MSA, Cpk, PPM, 8D, 5Why Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan; VDA 6.3/6.5 will be specially considered Experience in Automotive Electronics, Connector, or Electronic Components will be specially considered Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, coordination skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
