About the company

PMI Electronics, specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of advanced electronic systems for the defense, medical, and technological industries, is recruiting male and female employees for various roles at the company's factory in Ness Ziona. No previous experience is required – we will train you! Those accepted will undergo professional training with full funding, in collaboration with KTI, including theoretical studies and practical experience, and will subsequently be integrated into one of the company's employment tracks:

Your tasks

• Soldering technicians and electronic assemblers – SMT / TH.
• Production line and SMT machine operators.
• Quality inspectors and AOI and X-Ray system operators.

The training includes familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes, wiring and electronic assembly, working with automated testing systems, and the possibility of obtaining recognized international IPC certifications. This is the opportunity to acquire a highly sought-after profession, gain practical experience, and integrate into an advanced technological industry. Location: Ness Ziona | Full-time.

• Basic–good technical English – mandatory.
• Ability for precise work, fine motor skills, and attention to detail.
