Project Manager Jr. - Full Time

Your tasks

Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects, contributing to the fulfillment of established scope, timelines, and deliverables, through the correct administrative and operational management of activities, while also ensuring compliance with controls, guidelines, and best practices related to information security and the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

• Follow up on project activities and tasks, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and information security guidelines.
• Support the coordination of QA, development, and business teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and incidents.
• Ensure the correct documentation of processes and deliverables.
• Identify and report risks, incidents, or operational deviations that may affect project fulfillment or information security.

• Support the preparation of work plans and schedules.
• Perform daily follow-up on activities and task fulfillment.
• Update project status and progress reports.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings (minutes, agreements).
• Follow up on risks, issues, and changes.
• Support the management of QA documentation (test plans, evidence).
• Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables.
• Escalate incidents to the PM Sr. or leader when necessary.
• Keep management tools (Jira, etc.) updated.
• Support the coordination of banking certifications.
• Ensure the proper and confidential handling of project information and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 22 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Coordination ability, Team management, User support, Quality, agile methodologies, Planning, Project monitoring, Management systems, Industrial administration, Quantitative analysis, Project analysis, Qualitative analysis
