We're Hiring: 2 Ventilation Installers / Diamond Drillers (Training Provided)

Balling Ventilation – Denmark (Zealand & Funen) Balling Ventilation is a busy Danish ventilation and contracting company based in Stenløse, working across Zealand (Sjælland) and Funen (Fyn). We install ventilation systems in homes and buildings – from single-room units and heat recovery systems (MVHR) to crawl space ventilation and radon mitigation – and we do a lot of diamond core drilling. We are growing fast and need 2 new colleagues to start as soon as possible. Who we're looking for Bricklayers (murere) who want to learn diamond core drilling and ventilation installation, or

Other skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, general construction workers, etc.) who are motivated to learn ventilation work and diamond drilling

No prior ventilation experience required – we will train you . What matters is that you are reliable, hardworking, and want to learn a skilled trade with great long-term prospects. What we offer Hourly wage: 180–250 DKK depending on qualifications and experience

+ 12.5% holiday pay (feriepenge) on top of your wage

Your own company van and tools

Plenty of work: minimum 160 hours per month guaranteed – and the opportunity to work 250+ hours per month if you want to, because we are very busy

Full training in ventilation installation and diamond core drilling

Varied work at different sites across Zealand and Funen

Requirements Skilled trade background (bricklayer or other construction trade)

Willing to relocate to Denmark – we can help by referring you to housing options

Basic English as a minimum (Danish not required)

Valid driver's license

Ready to work hard and learn new skills
