Reporting to the Head of HR and leading and managing a small team, you will help shape, design and implement the firm's employee reward strategy and align reward appropriately to the firm's employee value proposition, drawing on current market trends and approaches, including competitor analysis. You will also be responsible for the firm's annual salary and bonus cycles, benefits reviews and renewals, as well as budgeting and reporting.

A subject matter expert, you will be able to move between both strategic and more hands on, operational matters whilst retaining a high level of personal effectiveness. You will also be credible with senior stakeholders, work collaboratively with other members of the HR team and lead and manage a team effectively.
