- Preparing installations and fine-tuning applications for a flawless implementation
- Installing and configuring MES software on-site, tailored to the specific needs of the customer
- Training, coaching, and supporting customers in the use of the systems
- Collaborating with the international installation and service team and the development team
- Supporting customers from the head office with top-class remote support
- Identifying technical improvements and optimizations within projects
- Master's degree in ICT, NMCT, electronics, or equivalent knowledge gained through practical experience
- Technical insight and hands-on experience with MES, ERP, or industrial IT systems
- Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally and conduct customer visits
- Autonomous, customer-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent English, plus practical knowledge of at least two additional languages to support global customers
