- You lead site activities and monitor safety, food safety, quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

- You have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You know how to structurally improve and efficiently organize operational processes.
- You have experience with budget management and operational planning.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- Three years of experience in a leadership position is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong additional asset.
- You combine result-oriented leadership with attention to collaboration, safety, and the development of your team.
