Structural Quality Engineer (M/F)

As part of a major logistics construction project, we are looking for a Structural Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring the compliance, quality, and traceability of structural and building envelope works throughout the construction site.

Missions

• Lead the site quality monitoring in close collaboration with the client and companies.
• Examine and validate Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ) as well as associated control plans.
• Control the compliance of structural works (béton armé, précontraint concrete, charpente métallique).
• Verify the correct application of control procedures: ferraillage, fond de fouille, concrete testing, topographic layout, etc.
• Perform regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Identify, track, and ensure the resolution of non-conformities.
• Ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement approach and weekly quality reporting.
• Write audit reports, visit minutes, and technical surveys.
• Mastery of structural works: béton armé, précontraint, and charpente métallique.
• Good knowledge of technical standards: Eurocodes, DTU, and rules of the art.

• Graduate of an engineering school specializing in structure or génie civil.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in site monitoring, quality control, or compliance control of works.
• Significant experience on industrial, logistics, or building construction projects.
• Professional English is imperative.
